The Employee Wellbeing Manager sits within the Organisational Development team, People & Culture. The position will lead a suite of preventative employee wellbeing initiatives designed to support the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of Peter MAc employees. The purpose of the role is to progress and grow existing wellbeing initiatives, ensuring equitable access to these across the organisation; introduce new evidence-informed initiatives; and engage employees in the suite of options.


This position is Part Time 64 hours per fortnight.
