Melanoma Research Victoria (MRV) is a collaborative research project across 5 Victorian sites. The project has a cohort of over 2700 melanoma patients with an extensive clinical database, matching biospecimens, Quality of Life data, etc.


We require the services of a person with excellent attention to detail to assist us with Access data queries, data cleaning and data entry.


This is a casual role, primarily assisting the MRV Manager to generate data specific queries for approved melanoma research projects and preliminary data numbers for melanoma projects being developed. If you are interested in large data sets, have some IT skills and medical/science knowledge please consider applying. This work can be done under flexible terms and would most likely suit a student.


Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Progress towards a BSc
  • Familiarity with oncology terms
  • Excellent attention to detail
