The Patient Navigator is responsible for guiding the patient through their cancer care treatment by ensuring patients' diagnostics, treatment and clinic review appointments are appropriately timed, sequenced and coordinated.
We are looking for innovative, driven and compassion people to join the Patient Navigator team, where the patient experience is fundamental towards providing the best possible cancer care for our patients. The Patient Navigator role requires a high level of administrative experience and attention to detail. If you have a "can do" attitude, the ability to meet short term deadlines, you are comfortable working in a fast pace/high pressure environment and have exceptional communication skills to provide the best patient care experience, we would love to hear from you.
