An opportunity exists for a Research Assistant with experience in psycho-oncology research.

 

The successful candidate will report to Professor Ian Campbell in the Cancer Genomics & Genetics Program but work under the supervision of A/Prof Lesley Stafford at the Women’s. This work will include but is not limited to, being involved in recruitment of participants, database establishment and management, conduct and analysis of semi-structured interviews, and input and statistical analysis of quantitative survey data.

 

The successful candidate should hold at least a Master’s degree in Psychology. A background in psycho-oncology research with qualitative and quantitative research experience is essential. The person will be expected to have excellent organizational and time management skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.

 

The position is for a fixed term of 12 months
