Your role in our future.

 

This role leads the Quality Assurance and Systems Improvement required for Peter Mac to deliver a high quality, timely and accurate payroll function with a focus on customer service.

 

Working closely with the Payroll Operations Manager, this role is focussed on regular quality assurance reviews, reporting, EBA changes, system and process improvements to create operational capacity and increase the service efficiency.

In addition this role provides leave cover for the Payroll Operations Manager.
