Your role in our future.

Peter Mac's IT division is looking for an IT Services Lead to represent the IT needs of our Research Department. Candidates who have excelled in delivering quality phone and desktop support in an Apple and Microsoft Windows will be well suited to apply for this opportunity.


You will have the ability to accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, record and prioritise technical incidents and service client requests according to defined service levels. Experience in administering Apple devices and licence management is essential for this role. Specific experience in a Research or Health environment will be well regarded.


Candidates will need to represent the needs of both the Research Department and IT in creating mutually beneficial and agreed policies, and take responsibility for the outcomes of a small team.
