Specialist Clinics Administration Officer


The Specialist Clinics Administration Officer act as the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to patinets, medical specialty staff, allied health staff, nurses and patient navigators needing assistance with patient arrivals (via clinic, Telehealth or phone), making new bookings, changing existing bookings, managing overbookings and managing clinic templates. This position is Part Time, 40 hours per fortnight.

Selection Criteria Essential: • Experience and/or technical training in an administration setting.
Essential: • Strong customer service skills, able to communicate effectively and respectfully with patients and staff.
Essential: • Demonstrated skills in the use of IT systems, preferably in a health care setting.
Desirable: • Experience using patient administration systems, in particular iPM.
Desirable: • Previous health service administration experience.
