Cancer 2015 is a large-scale clinical, molecular research consortium initiated in 2011.   We are seeking a Research Project Officer who will be working closely with the Project Manager and play an essential role in the follow-up of participants enrolled in the study.  The position is part time (3 days per week) and fixed term until late November 2019.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting clinical and quality of life datasets, communicating with participants where necessary and assisting with data quality control operations.   Attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills are essential and an understanding of clinical oncology terminology is highly desirable.

Selection Criteria Essential: BSc or equivalent in biological / biomedical sciences
Essential: Knowledge of clinical oncology terminology
Essential: Well-developed computer skills in electronic communications, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
