In this role, you will be part of Australia’s only public hospital solely dedicated to overcoming cancer, and the home of Australia’s largest cancer research group.

 

The Digital Content and Communications Coordinator will develop online content and communications to support all Foundation fundraising programs. You will apply your digital knowledge to the planning, creation and implementation of inspiring content to engage and cultivate new and existing donors and participants through the Foundation’s various digital channels. As part of this you will craft consistent messaging and brand styling to support the search for cancer cures.

 

Assisting the Communications Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining and reporting on the Foundation’s digital performance. This will include activities across the Foundation’s website, social media and email automation platforms.

 

This is a diverse role with tasks ranging from drafting and uploading web copy, implementing Facebook advertising campaigns, creating social media content and analysing data to inform digital strategy.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years in a digital communications role, or in a communications role with a digital component
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a website maintenance role
  • Experience in planning e-communications and using email automation platforms
  • Experience in maintaining social media platforms
  • Experience in implementing Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical reporting abilities
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
