Position Summary

Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Grade 4

 

A full-time temporary (three year appointment) Grade 4 position is available immediately for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work within our outstanding facility. We are looking for a highly motivated senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide leadership to a team of NMT's providing services of the highest standard.

 

The successful candidate will supervise and manage the Nuclear Medicine service including SPECT, SPECT/CT imaging procedures, cold lab tests, and an active and expanding radionuclide therapy program. The successful candidate will have a significant responsibility to ensure policy and procedures are up to date and evidence based and that a capable and motivated workforce is sustained.

 

Nuclear Medicine Technologist AHPRA registration, a Victorian DHHS Radiation Use licence, a police check and a valid Working with Children permit are mandatory requirements. The preferred candidates will have extensive experience in Nuclear Medicine, and have management experience and have a proven track record in a senior technologist role.
