The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and facilitating best practice system and processes in Risk management across Peter Mac Callum Cancer centre. 

 

This role will work in collaboration with the Board of Directors, the Executive team, the Director of Quality and Patient Safety, and the Quality Team.

Selection Criteria Essential: Qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or relevant discipline
Essential: Demonstrated experience in risk management
Essential: Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, management and / or risk management
Essential: Demonstrated understanding of contemporary risk management practices and standards with an emphasis on systems thinking and organisational change in accordance with AS/NZS ISO-31000
Essential: Highly developed communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with external partners, staff at all levels of the organisation and
Essential: Excellent writing skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports using clear, concise language; organise information into a logical sequence and include content fit for purpose
