Are you a dynamic and innovative leader?


We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy departments. This is a full time position fixed position for 6 months, with some possibility of an extension to 9 months. This opportunity gives great exposure to managing a multi-disciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, as well as Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants. Consideration may be given to part time applicants, at a minimum of 0.5 EFT fractions.

 

To be successful in this role you will be able to:

- provide strategic and leadership direction within the broader Peter Mac Strategy

- have a commitment to and demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging best practice in your relevant discipline

- demonstrate experience in delivering high quality clinical care with proven outcomes

- be responsible for the facilitation and support of clinical research

- provide excellent clinical education for undergraduate, postgraduate students and staff

- quickly develop key strategic relationships
