We seek an experienced subject matter expert to join the team and help us meet that commitment working on key areas that will have a significant positive impact on our organisation, and for our people.

 

Supported by a team of collaborative and dedicated professionals, the Employee Relations Consultant will support enterprise bargaining processes, undertake critical projects aimed at ensuring the organisation has in place contemporary, competitive and compliant remuneration and contractual frameworks and provide specialist advice and support on a wide range of employment matters to managers and staff across Peter Mac.

 

We are looking for candidates with:

-          Technical expertise in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations (preferably in health or like-sectors)

-          Experience in a large, complex organisation, with proven delivery even amongst competing priorities

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Strong personal alignment with Peter Mac’s values of Compassion, Excellence and Innovation
