Working within the Organisational Development team, this role will design and deliver initiatives to build organisational capability and performance. Our OD team is action oriented and results driven. We are interested in emergent practice and are prepared to take risks and try new things. We work very closely with people leaders at all levels of Peter Mac, and with the other teams in People & Culture to support team effectiveness and capability, and are committed to making our work stick and driving outcomes for our employees, and ultimately, our patients.


We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A growth mindset and ambition to continuously develop a curious and high-quality Organisational Development practice
  • Experience working within a broad OD role managing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of OD theory; such as drivers of team and organisation performance, group dynamics, systems theory
  • Experience using OD diagnostic tools and frameworks (engagement surveys, assessment, and cultural diagnostics)
  • Experience in workshop and blended learning content design and delivery, and strong facilitation experience
  • Experience in managing OD or L&D programs such as 360 feedback, mentoring, cultural change, and engagement surveys
  • Consulting experience, either internal or external
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
