Your role in our future.

 

Responsible for the timely and accurate administration and updating of employee related data into the HR Information System (SAP), the People and Culture Officer works collaboratively with both the People and Culture and Payroll Services Teams to ensure all critical employment processes are completed within agreed processing time frames.

 

This role involves heavy aspects of data entry and requires understanding of employee entitlements across multiple EBA's (training provided).

 

Joining us at an exciting time as we kickstart a HRIS/Payroll System implementation, you'll have opportunity to be involved in a number of key projects to drive improvements in our People & Culture and Payroll processes.

 

We're seeking applicants who are systems curious and have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems such as SAP
  • Previous Human Resources / employment administration or Payroll experience
  • Exposure to Industrial Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a high pressure operational environment
  • High level of computing / data entry accuracy including good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Trustworthy with an understanding of confidentiality of all employee data
