Your role in our future.

 

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of the implementation, conduct and management of Cancer Imaging clinical trials and studies. We conduct a range of imaging and nuclear medicine trials involving novel imaging agents and radionuclide therapy. Collection and management of data housed in the departmental and national Neuroendocrine tumour databases will also be required. You will be highly motivated, with confidence and initiative to liaise and communicate with investigators, patients and a diverse range of clinical and research staff and to foster cooperation and support from colleagues.

 

The successful candidate must have a degree in a health science field. Good working knowledge of ICH-GCP, the NHMRC National Statement and current ethics requirements are essential.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills to meet strict deadlines. Experience in ethics and governance submission is essential.

Experience in Oncology/Cancer Imaging clinical trials, electronic patient record systems, manipulation and extraction of data using Microsoft Access databases and/or REDCap is highly desirable.

Selection Criteria Essential: Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Health Information Management, Clinical Trial Management or a related paramedical field
Essential: Do you have experience in at least one of the following functions? 1. Clinical protocol and CRF development; 2. Clinical trial set-up, coordination and project management; 3. Clinical trial data management and reporting
Essential: Sound knowledge of Office software including Word, Access, Excel and Outlook
Essential: Understanding of medical terminology
Essential: Excellent organisational, problem solving and analytical skills.
Essential: Attention to detail
Essential: Excellent written and oral communication skills
