The Grade 3 Radiation therapist supports and deputises for the Charge Radiation therapist to plan and deliver radiation therapy treatment in accordance with the treatment prescription.  The role provides a high level of technical skill to resolve clinical problems, and provides education and support to other members of the team around advanced radiation therapy practices.  Excellent teamwork and communication with multi-disciplinary colleagues are key to success in the role and delivering optimal patient outcomes.
