The Education and Systems Lead will support both strategic improvements to Peter Mac’s Learning Management System (The Learning Hub) and everyday system use by employees and managers.

 

The Education and Systems Lead works with departments and educators across the organisation to develop and upload the discipline specific content and support departments to modernise education activity and delivery.

 

The Education and Systems Lead will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including Peter Mac educators and the Learning Hub vendor), support the development of department-specific content, manage change processes with content conversion to the online environment, and oversee the management of the Learning Hub Helpdesk and user enquiries.

 

We are seeking applicants with experience in managing a LMS, knowledge of e-learning technologies and a demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders, and a creative thinker with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Selection Criteria Essential: • Extensive Experience managing an LMS (Totara Preferred) and knowledge of e-learning technologies (LMS, SCORM, AICC etc.)
Essential: • Customer focused and able to develop effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Essential: • Creative systems thinker who is comfortable researching, testing and deploying new solutions
Essential: • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
Essential: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Essential: • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Essential: • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Essential: • Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Essential: • Able to write reports, business correspondence, procedure and process documents
Desirable: • Experience working in large and complex organisations, health industry experience highly regarded
Desirable: • Experience in presenting to groups, and running skills-based training sessions
Desirable: • Project/change management experience highly regarded
Desirable: • Qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or requisite experience in eLearning creation/ coordination
