Position Summary

The Peter Mac Improvement Program is an organisation wide program which aims to identify and eliminate business performance gaps impeding the delivery of world-class cancer care. The program employs improvement science methodologies to identify and reduce waste and variation to support continuous performance improvement.  


As part of the Improvement Program, the Improvement Advisor is responsible for supporting the management of allocated improvement projects from initiation to completion, in line with organisational priorities. A key focus of this position will be participation in organisational readiness activities for the Connecting Care (EMR) project.  The Improvement Advisor will participate in a range of internal upskilling opportunities and experiential learning to develop their capability in launching and supporting improvement initiatives.
