Your role in our future.
A 12 month fixed term full-time maternity leave position is available in the Department of Pathology for a suitably qualified and experienced scientist in the Biochemistry Laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team in a specialised laboratory supporting patient care and clinical research in Australia’s foremost cancer centre. You will have a BAppSc or BSc (or equivalent) and significant experience in automated and manual Biochemistry techniques with an interest in protein electrophoresis. This position also encompasses a shared CSR supervisory role for which you will have suitable experience. You will have experience managing staff and will enjoy interacting with pathologists, scientific and nursing staff as well as with researchers.
Hours will be Monday to Friday between 0800-1830.
